WELCOME TO PE @ HOME

 

We have a recent addition to our site, and in this section we would like to offer our support for your children's home learning.

 

Now more than ever, children need to stay active at this challenging time. Our physical and mental well-being is incredibly important.

Missing out on the regular routine of PE & activity at school, children are at a greater risk of developing poor habits, which in turn could have a negative effect on their physical and mental health. 

Please find below a selection of activities that could help facilitate the recommended 1 hour a day of physical activity for your children.
